NB. I Had to first: Downgrade Orange ROM to a lower official Orange ROM - then Root the phone - Then install a custom ROM then after a few tweaks insert the Unlock code supplied. Fast service, thanks.

Quick service, and works fine on my touch hd,although I borrowed the gf tmobile sim as instructed, and it somehow nuked her blackberry when she put it back in her phone.Had a massive row over it lol then had to reload os from blackberry. Ended up a cr*p night tbh but my phone is fine.

The code was delivered extremely quickly, but when I ran into problems, getting any help/support was extremely frustrating due to the long waiting times to get responses. As it happened I did manage to work out the problems myself, but be careful if you are not technically savvy, customer support was poor.

What an easy process.; When you said only 1 attempt I was a little leary....but I followed the directions and quick as a snap it was unlocked and working on my providers network... Thank You ... Hope it does not relock when I sync to my computer.

just one thing. in the first method, when you say enter unlock pin of non-accepted sim, there is no pin in some sim.
so, just tell the user straight way put the code and click unlock.

As soon as you slide unlock your HTC Desire, it'll present a number pad where you are supposed to enter the unlock code. click OK to finish.
